I want to cancel my subscription
To cancel your subscription, please log in, then complete the following steps:
- From your dashboard, scroll down and select 'Help'.
- Tap the 'Cancel my subscription' button, below the list of help topics.
- From the membership overview that's shown, select 'Cancel subscription'.
- Finally, we'll ask you some quick and easy questions about your experience to help us improve the site.
Please note:
We are unable to cancel your membership by phone or any other method.
